Felony Arrest Warrant Issued For Offset’s Phone Smacking Incident

Coming shortly following his attendance at the Billboard Music Awards last night Offset is now in hot water with the law. Setting aside some former relationship problems with Cardi B and recently being reunited with his father things were looking up for the Migos artist. According to TMZ that has all changed as now, the rapper is a wanted man.

Over the weekend video went viral of the Atlanta rapper smacking a cell phone out of one of his fans’ hands while approaching him in a Target store in Sandy Springs Georgia.

Stemming from the incident Offset is at risk of some serious felony charges. A felony arrest warrant has been issued after Set’s appearance at the BBMA’s after the incident in Georgia when a fan tried to take a video of the rapper checking out at the supermarket. Offset clearly wasn’t having it that day as he decided to slap the phone out of the fans’ hands, cracking his screen. Because the phone costs over $800, which is the felony threshold for a situation like this, Offset is in some hot water for his actions.
