AR-AB says that the record “WANNA KNOW” left him disappointed and uncertain as to whether or not that was all Meek had his response to the Drake’s diss.
“I’m not even gonna lie,” AR-AB said. “After I heard it I’m thinking ‘This can’t be it.’ Meek come from Philly streets. I’m thinking there was gonna be some more shit than that. So, we all was just waiting like ‘Nah, this ain’t the end of it. That’s just the beginning of it.’ And then come to find out, that was the end of it. I’m not even gonna lie, man. I thought it was gonna be like five fuckin’ Drake disses out by now. I’m like ‘Damn, Meek gonna go hard. This a good opportunity because Drake is at a higher level than him.’ So, it’s like I’m thinking this a good opportunity for him to get more fans or get more stripes.”
During his interview with Vlad, AR-AB revealed that a deal with Drake’s OVO Sound “could happen.” He also added that Drake most likely dropped his name on “Back To Back” because he’s “the top goon in Philly.”
Now when it comes to Meek Mill, AR-AB says he’s not sure of what the status of their relationship with one another is.
“I have no fucking idea, man. To be honest with you,” he said. “I talked to Meek probably like a month ago, a month and a half ago. I actually was there at the videoshoot when the little shit happened. And we talked that day. I don’t be knowing what’s going on, man.” Check out the full interview below:
