Kodak Black is counting his blessings and keeping a level head despite his recent news of his impending one year jail sentence.
Making way to Instagram recently the Florida native penned a heartfelt letter to fans.
“First and foremost I want to thank the lord for this blessing in disguise which was sending me back to jail January 18 2018,” he writes. “Second I want to thank the lord again for using my advocate Bradford Cohen as an instrument to speak through him and work diligently on my behalf,” he continues, shouting out his lawyer’s celestial performance in the courtroom. He elaborates on the nature of their relationship, writing “would also like to thank Brad for seeing me as more than a client and for looking out for me as one of his family members.”
Kodak’s final words are surprising at best as the rapper thanks those that imposed the sentence.
“Last but not least I would like to thank the judge Michael Lynch and the prosecutor Michelle Boutros,” writes Kodak. “For giving me a fair deliberation and not over looking me and judging as the media and the nay sayers set me out to be.”
Looks like the “Tunnel Vision” artist has taken his misfortune and seen the positive aspect going in.
