Rapper Fabolous was reportedly facing four felony charges for assaulting Emily Bustamante, his longtime girlfriend and the mother of his two children. TMZ is now reporting Fab was indicted by a Grand Jury last week in New Jersey.
The Brooklyn native was indicted for one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, one count of possession of a weapon and two counts of threatening to kill. All four charges are third-degree crimes that could each elicit up to five years in prison.
In March of this Year, Fab punched Emily B seven times while brandishing scissors that surfaced soon after the incident.
Video of the incident was obtained at the time of Fabolous telling Emily B’s father that he “has a bullet with your name on it.”
Fabolous never really has publicly commented on the incident but did leave a subliminal message on Instagram not long after the incident.
