Eminem Details His Come Up In The Rap Game, Revival Flop & More

LL Cool J just yesterday launched his new radio show on the SiriusXM channel, Rock The Bells and his first guest is Eminem.

In the 90 minute interview, Em discusses how he got his start rapping in Detroit and first linking up with Fat Joe and eventually getting his music to Dr. Dre. He touched on Dre putting his career on the line to help launch the Slim Shady LP, which Marshall maintained that he was forever in debt to the Compton musician.

After conveying his appreciation for LL and what he has done for Hip Hop, Eminem speaks on the current state of rappers and how he feels they don’t hold him and fellow hip-hop peers of his class in that same regard for breaking barriers.
