If 6ix9ine‘s week couldn’t get any worse Last night, ATF agents arrested the rapper and associates from Tr3yway Entertainment in New York City for racketeering and firearms.
According to TMZ the arrests stem from a lengthy investigation by the ATF, NYPD and Homeland Security.Tekashi69, three others were taken into custody including his ex-manager Shottie and Faheem Walter, also known as Crippy.
The rainbow rapper reportedly fired Shottie, Tr3yway Entertainment and canceled his upcoming tour. His debut album, DUMMY BOY is scheduled for a release this Friday, November 23.
Tekashi 6ix9ine could spend Life behind bars due to criminal charges that were filed against him in federal court on Monday.
Tekashi was indicted on six counts: conspiracy with others to commit racketeering, discharging a firearm while committing a crime, committing a crime of violence in aid of racketeering, assault with a dangerous weapon, carrying a firearm, and committing a crime in aid of racketeering. Two of the charges against Tekashi have a maximum sentence of life in prison. He faces a minimum of 32 years in prison.
The website E News obtained documents Prosecutors wrote stating that Nine Trey has been dealing drugs including fentanyl, MDMA, marijuana, heroin and more in Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx. The document continued with the “acts of violence” Tekashi and his alleged accomplices committed. It reads, “These acts of violence include acts involving murder, acts involving robbery and extortion, and assault.”
